I've been using Phoilex's Active ReLeaf Gel for about 8 weeks now, and the difference it's made is incredible. It smells amazing, feels instantly soothing, and stops the itchiness right away (especially after showers when my skin usually feels the driest). The gel has completely healed the cracked skin on my thumb that used to bleed, and my other psoriasis patches are so much less flakey and irritated. I was struggling with my heat rash flare up for over a year and never came across any cream or gel that works instantly. This product is absolutely amazing.
