Shipping Policy

Phoilex offers free standard shipping on all orders over $75, excluding sales tax and after promotional discounts are applied. Shipping costs for smaller orders are shown at checkout.

At this time, we only ship to the contiguous 48 United States.

Processing and Delivery

• Order by 3 p.m. ET (Monday to Friday) and your order ships the same business day.

• Orders placed after 3 p.m. ET ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays ship the next business day.

• Once shipped, most orders arrive within 48 hours.

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. For help with an order, email hello@phoilex.com.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify its details, including the shipping address. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Phoilex is not responsible for carrier delays, exceptions or weather conditions once an order has left our facility.

Returns

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, and we email a prepaid return label once your return is approved. See our Return Policy for full details, including bundles and promotional items.
