Shipping Policy

Phoilex offers free standard ground shipping on all orders over $75, excluding sales tax, and after promotional discounts are applied.

At this time, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

Please allow between 3–7 days for your order to arrive. You can email us at orders@phoilex.com to review the status of your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of your order and shipping address. To see the shipping cost for your order, add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify any details, including address changes.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 to 4 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except for Federal holidays. Please note we do not ship on the weekends.

Note: Phoilex is not responsible for any carrier delays once orders leave our facilities, as we do not control carrier exceptions, delays, or weather conditions.


Return Policy

At Phoilex, we are committed to making products that are proven to work and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, a written explanation must be sent to orders@phoilex.com within 7 days of purchase. Our Customer Service team will review your request and determine whether eligibility requirements have been met. Please allow 7–10 business days for a decision to be rendered. Returns and refunds are not accepted without prior approval.


What's Not Returnable?

  • Opened products

  • Products with broken or removed safety seals/stickers

  • Items not purchased directly from www.phoilex.com

  • Items without proof of purchase (order number or packing slip)

  • Gift cards (final sale and non-refundable)


Returning Unopened Products

If your product is unopened and the seal is fully intact, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at orders@phoilex.com. Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Product(s) must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return approval

  • You must include proof of purchase (order number, packing slip, etc.)

  • Returned items must arrive unopened, undamaged, and sealed

Important: If the returned product is opened, damaged, or received after the allowed timeframe, a refund will not be issued.


Bundles and DUO Products

Bundles and DUO products must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund. Partial returns of bundled products are not accepted.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels.


Promotional Item Returns

If you received a promotional item (e.g., a free gift), it must also be returned to receive a full refund. If the promotional item is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund total.
