At Phoilex, we take pride in creating clean, high-quality products you can trust. Because of the nature of our formulations and commitment to hygiene, we follow a clear and strict return policy to protect both our customers and our small-batch integrity.
What’s Not Returnable?

Opened products are not eligible for return.

Products with broken or removed safety seals/stickers are considered opened and non-returnable.

Items without proof of purchase, including an order number or packing slip

Returning Unopened Products
If your product is unopened and the seal is fully intact, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at orders@phoilex.com.
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Product(s) must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return approval.

You must include a proof of purchase (order number, packing slip, etc.) with your return.

Returned items must arrive unopened, undamaged, and sealed to be eligible for a refund.

If we receive the product opened, damaged, or after the allowed timeframe, a refund will not be issued.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
To start a return, please email orders@phoilex.com with your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for your request. Our team will respond within 7–10 business days with next steps.
